I went from being able to do a 1 minute underwater breathhold to an over 3 minute hold on the day of the course. Not only do the breathing techniques and training give you confidence for facing big waves they can also be used to deal with any stressful situation and also day to day stress. This course has changed the way I think when it comes to breathing, the lungs and dealing with stress. I highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed this course. The skills we learnt were useful and very relevant to surf situations and hold downs as opposed to simply static underwater breathing. We learnt different skills and pushed our limits progressively so that improvements in skills and techniques were made over the day.

I Definitely recommend this course . After learning  the most up to date  techniques and the theory involved in breath holding . It was easy to nearly double my breath hold time to 2 min 15 sec . For me the biggest gain is the calmness I now feel knowing. I have plenty of time to make it to the surface after getting hit by a large set of waves either on the way out or in .

I doubled my breath hold after a couple of hours. Now I can easily free dive to depths where I could only do so before with the aid of scuba.
